This Nashua homeowner was dealing with water intrusion coming in from the rear of the home and bulkhead area. Moisture was showing up along the basement wall and floor, creating a wet, uncomfortable space and raising concerns about long-term damage, musty odors, and potential mold growth.

Broman Basement Solutions LLC installed a targeted partial perimeter drainage system to collect water at the problem area before it could spread across the basement floor. We opened the affected section, installed a clean stone drainage bed and QikFlo drainage channel, directed the water to the sump basin, restored the concrete, and upgraded the system with a new 1/3 HP Pro Series pump for reliable water removal.

The result: a cleaner, drier basement with a proper path for water to be collected, pumped out, and discharged away from the home.
